Sorry this week has been dominated by Pokémon, so the sketchbook has been neglected, BUT I haven't been not arty. This week I've made earrings and a custom build Pikachu hoodie. They still count are arty stuff so I'm posting them up here. Enjoy :)

So this week's been a little odd, I won tickets to the Premire of Alice in Wonderland last Thursday, so my friend and I dressed up:

Sketchbook update 01 March 2010

Finally that old book is dead and gone and ready to be sent to the filing shelf. So while I'm waiting for the images to upload let's type about my week. Let's see last week I discovered there was a talk, with actual dudes actually working in Irish animation studios, being held in my old college. I discovered this was on the night before, by sheer luck on my behalf, only to go there and be told by a friend that she really should forward on the emails she gets about these things >_<. Ain't buddies great? I also went to see Avatar in 3D, and OMG if you haven't seen it GO, GO NOW, the furry blue cat dudes are waiting for you, FURRY BLUE CATS!! Did I mention the FURRY BLUE CAT dudes? It's not everyday a film is made with CATish dudes, so GO, GO NOW, support the BLUE CATS. I think my caps lock button is excited by the word CATS now....

So without further delay, have some artwork, I'm sure that's why you came here in the first place....

When I think of mercenary/bounty hunter idea, I create another mercenary/bounty hunter character, just for the fun of it. Introducing "Sugarcube", so called as she calls everyone sugarcube, no one really knows her name, so they call her sugarcube in return. So yeah, that's how that works....

Yeah, another week gone. So last week it seemed everyone and their mother wanted to meet for coffee. I also managed to go and see the Princess and the Frog, and unfortunately I didn't enjoy it. I felt it had a very poor story, that was rather cliche. Animation and characters was the Disney standard we have come to expect, but perhaps I am just I little too mature for the typical Disney tale for I was left wanting just that little bit more.

Anyway, enough of my rant while I wait for my images to upload on Photobucket, so without further delay PICTURES!!

For those of you (which is properly no one) who may be wondering why I haven't uploaded anything from my sketchbook recently, it's rather simple. I try not to upload anything until the book is complete, but for some reason I have been working in the same sketchbook since November. So I finally got around to scanning a load a stuff today, funny the odd jobs I find to do while SRing (Soft Resetting aka resetting a game quickly) for a shiny Darkrai in Pokemon Platnium. I've been working for a shiny Darkrai since Thursday on and off, my goal is in sight - can't give up now!
